Herron Island

Welcome to Herron Island, a private owned island in the Puget Sound. All access to the island is by boat, mainly HMC's own private ferry. Herron Island is a unique and beautiful piece of the Northwest, with abundant wildlife and friendly residents. The people here wave at you, even if they don't know you. The deer eat out of your hand; watch as fawns begin to bravely show themselves in the spring; see eagles soar; watch as whales occasionally pass by; listen to the frogs croak and birds sing;  enjoy an afternoon shelling at the beach; boating in surrounding Case Inlet, and an evening star-gazing.
