Dallas Amidon has over 29 years as a successful real estate professional. He has attained the Graduate Real Estate Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Approved Buyers Representative, and Broker designations. He has participated in over 800 hours of formal training. Dallas spent 21 years in Federal Way, where he was the co-owner-broker of his own real estate office. After Dallas started marketing properties on Herron Island, he fell in love with the area. He soon left his real estate office to establish residence on Herron Island. He has been servicing the Key Peninsula area since 1999. Dallas signed on as an Associate Broker with Windermere Key Reality, where he continues his “Top Producer” performance. Dallas and his team of professionals go the “extra mile” to ensure a smooth process for both the buyer and seller. Dallas has listed and more importantly, sold more real estate on Herron Island than all the other agents combined.
